Same Day Delivery Policy
If your order is placed by 12PM in the recipient's time zone, same-day delivery is generally available.
It is better to order one day before due to the time difference of different countries.

For flowers banquet and arrangement are all hand made products which are made by different florist in different country, The picture is only for reference and the main items are the same, the effect is guaranteed
Orders possible delivery condition
If the order can not be delivered result from the incorrect address and incorrect phone number of the recipient which were given by sender, we are not responsible for such condition, and this order is regarded as full filled by our side. Once sender offer us new and correct recipient information and request us to deliver again, then redelivery fee will be charged, and the date we get the information too late, and the original flower can not use anymore, so new flower banquet and redelivery fee, both should be charged.
And if when we come to the address, the recipient is not at the address, we have the rights to ask the one who know the recipient, like neighbor, coworker, and safeguard of the recipient to receive the flower for the recipient. And if no one in the address can help receive the flowers, our flower shop have the right to take back flowers, and once can contact the recipient, flower will be redelivered, and redelivery need delivery fee. If redelivery date is too late, the original flower can not use anymore, so new flower banquet and redelivery fee, both should be charged.
If any customer reports that an order is not delivered, we request 24 to 48 hours to contact the filling florist to determine the arrangement's whereabouts. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if (a) the recipient is not home during the time of delivery; or (b) no neighbor is available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers and vases/containers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value and an available vase that is similar in style. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many countries on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after the date requested.
